| 2/4/12 | Vote NO on California Proposition 29! California Propositition 29, Tobacco Tax for Cancer Research Act has made it to the June 2012 ballot. It will increase cigarette tax by $1 per pack and an equivalent tax increase on other tobacco products, i.e. pipe tobacco, cigars, snus, etc...... It would rank California 15th highest in the nation in taxes! The bill also includes language about tobacco law enforcement! What is tobacco law enforcement?
