Smoking Age in California raises from 18 to 21
Effective June 9th 2016 California's smoking age raised from 18 to 21 under bills signed by Gov. Brown. Liberty Tobacco will no longer sell tobacco products to anyone under 21, with an exemption for active military personnel with valid military ID.
